Kerri Lynn Slominski


Kerri is a voice student of Cecile Saine at the Eastman Community Music School and has sung in numerous recitals in Kilbourn Hall and Howard Hanson Hall.
 
In the musical theatre workshop, "Lullaby of Broadway at Eastman,"  Kerri has been featured  in the following musical roles:

  Le Nozze di Figaro - le Countesa "Sull 'Aria"
  Kismet Marsinah "Baubles, Bangles, Beads"
  The Secret Garden - Lillie  "How Will I Ever Know?"
  Cosi Fan Tutte - Fiordiligi "I Shall Choose the Raven Haired One" Song No.20
  Candide - "Make Our Garden Grow"

 

Kerri's serious commitment to her studies in voice, theory and musical theatre workshop over the past two and a half years has earned her recognition through the following merit scholarships:

Sophmore Year-  RAYMOND WILSON SCHOLARSHIP
Junior Year - CLASE VOICE AWARD IN HONOR OF RENEE FLEMMING
Certificate of Merit - for maintaining A's in her classes at Eastman
Senior Year (for next school year)- HAROLD SCHWAB SCHOLARSHIP


Kerri is now a Senior EJ Wilson High School in Spencerport. She will begin recording selections from her repertoire of arias in six languages for music conservatory and scholarship applications.
